The Chateau is very conveniently located to shopping malls, Southeast Missouri State University, hospitals, doctors' offices, banking facilities, motels, and Interstate 55. It is situated in a fast growing section of Cape Girardeau, and yet it will maintain its country setting because it is located on 40 acres of rolling land with beautiful large trees.

Cape Girardeau is located on the banks of the Mississippi River, approximately 100 miles south of St Louis, Missouri.
